Volunteer for Hope Organization Completes Final Phase of Equipment Delivery for Technology Projects under the “Forsa” Program

In May 2025, Volunteer for Hope Organization completed the final phase of delivering equipment for a series of technology-focused projects, as part of the second year of the “Forsa” Economic Empowerment Program. The delivery process was carefully coordinated between the supplier and the beneficiaries via phone communication to schedule delivery appointments and ensure readiness to receive the equipment.

The distribution took place over two days (May 20–21, 2025) at the organization’s headquarters. The equipment was delivered in two separate batches, tailored to the specific needs of each project, ensuring that the requirements of the beneficiaries were met most effectively.

This milestone represents a culmination of the organization’s efforts to empower targeted groups and support them in developing their projects based on high technical and developmental standards, enhancing the potential for long-term success and sustainability.

Quality-Focused Delivery and Attention to Specifications

Due to the nature of the projects and the complexity of some advanced technological components, the delivery phase required additional time between supplier approval and execution. This was to ensure full compliance with technical specifications and to maintain high-quality implementation. The organization gave special attention to this stage to prevent any delays or issues that could impact project effectiveness.

Procurement Agreement

The equipment was delivered by a signed agreement with the approved supplier, Millennium Technology Company. The agreement covered the procurement of 48 carefully selected technological tools and devices, chosen to meet the specific needs of the projects and beneficiaries in the fields of technology, marketing, and media.

The entire delivery was completed within the agreed-upon timeline and in full compliance with all technical specifications.
