
Completion of Project Management and Entrepreneurship Training for Second-Year Beneficiaries of the “Fursa” Economic Empowerment Program
On November 28, 2024, Volunteer for Hope Association successfully concluded a specialized training course in Project Management and Entrepreneurship. This training was part of the second-year activities of the “Fursa” Economic Empowerment Program. The closing took place through an in-person meeting at the association’s headquarters, during which beneficiaries presented their projects developed throughout the training in the final two sessions dedicated to evaluation.
Following the conclusion, the trainer, Jihad Shuja’ieh, submitted a detailed technical report summarizing the main topics covered during the course, alongside an evaluation of the training’s strengths and challenges. The report highlighted participants’ levels of attendance, engagement, and interaction. It also noted that the training methodology was highly interactive and educational, focusing on enhancing self-learning skills, entrepreneurial performance, and practical application of small business management skills.
The report emphasized the participatory nature of the training, encouraging beneficiaries to share ideas and experiences. Overall, the trainer rated participant engagement at 4 out of 5, reflecting the training’s effectiveness and positive impact.
Arrangements have also been made with the trainer to finalize the payment process related to the training delivery.

The training was delivered according to the approved plan and schedule, with trainer Jihad Shuja’ieh maintaining full control over the sessions and content delivery. The course covered essential topics within project management and entrepreneurship, including:

Attendance reached approximately 70% of enrolled participants, with active engagement observed in both individual exercises and group discussions. This reflected the trainees’ solid understanding and interest in the course content. The training environment fostered a serious and culturally cohesive interaction among participants, despite differences in their educational and professional backgrounds.
